Are your products original artwork?
Yes. Every design begins as an original piece of artwork created in our studio. Products feature carefully reproduced versions of these original works.
Are your items handmade?
All designs are created by the artist. Products are professionally printed and produced using high-quality manufacturing processes.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Slight variations in color, size, and design placement may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. These are normal and part of the custom production process.
ORDERS
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all items are made to order and sent to production quickly, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at Support@thesoulfulbrush.com and we will do our best to assist you.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
United States: 3–7 business days after production
International: 10–20 business days after production
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Who is responsible for customs fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
DELIVERY ISSUES
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
