RETURN & REFUND POLICY – the Soulful Brush


OVERVIEW
At the Soulful Brush , all products are made to order. Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All items are printed and produced specifically for each order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are custom made and cannot be returned for change of mind
• Size, color, and design selections are the customer’s responsibility
• Slight variations in color or placement may occur due to printing processes and screen settings

For customers in the European Union: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As all products at the Soulful Brush are custom-produced and made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. This exemption does not affect your rights in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which remain fully covered under our quality guarantee.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and issue
• A brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will provide either:
• A replacement at no cost, or
• A full refund


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Color differences due to screen displays
• Items that are not defective or damaged


ORDER ISSUES & RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
