All products at the Soulful Brush are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner. Orders are printed and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
PRODUCTION TIME
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Production times may vary depending on demand, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
SHIPPING TIMES (AFTER PRODUCTION)
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
The Soulful Brush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
